Today is Drivetrain-Day. First Post will be the replacement of the rear derailleur pulleys. This is just a simple task. The following post will be for a new chain.

Service/Spare Part:
- Shimano Pulley Set RD-6800
- Part-No: Y5YC98140
No warranty in ANY case of damage!
First of all I unlink the chain via the master link/quick link so the rear derailleur is freed. After it is very easy to open the derailleur cage.
Note: Remember the pulley wheel setup. Those guys are directional bounded and the order of the installation is also important!
As the picture is shown the old pulley wheels are worn out compared to the new set.
Just align the new pulley wheels in the correct order and direction and tighten the screws to 3NM each.
Finished… Next step is a new chain.
