Bar Tape: S-Wrap Roubaix
Yesterday there was a short cycling gap so I wrapped a new bar tape. Same as the last one Specialized S-Wrap Roubaix (black, 30mm). Nothing special: Frist unwrap and clean the bar, then put the drop/break strip on. Second: From the drop up, take the eight and then straight to the end. Finished

New Cleats: SM-SH12
I took a new pair of cleats SM-SH12 (floating angle +-1°, no lateral float) because the old ones are worn out.After 1,5k kilometers on the road I’m still pleased with this decision. They are more comfortable than the red’s (fa+-0, no lf) but with the same feeling of tightness.-LeMarque
