Last thing on the frame are the bottle cages. For the rebuild I go for the Ritchey WCS UD-carcon ones in black. The save extra weight titanium is also in the game =)

Now the bar tape. In the first part of the session I will go for the S-Wrap Roubaix in 30mm. Comfortable, handy and no heat exchange in colder conditions/temperatures. Just a good tape.

After alle the cabling is done I finally prefer an alignment of the levers. Now everything is still changeable but after the wrap-up of the handlebar… “rien ne va plus”.
Whats left from the Dura Ace? Hmm… I know that thing which is never in the group set… The pedals. Of course SPD-L and of course Dura Ace. Time for the PD-R9100.
Last step in drive train is the chain and of course the indexing, later. In the first step I will go for the Shimano Dura Ace chain (CN-HG901) with quick-link/master-link. Maybe I will change the chain to more “bling” one =)
Time to get all those components working together… cabling, hell yeah! As always the original Shimano sets will take place in this game. Still pleased with the quality in braking and shifting. So let’s start!
Finally the new STI Levers in the “classic style” – manual/rim. Regarding to the Ultegra 6900 the Dura Ace R9100 is more stealth but with a little glossy finish. In combination with the black finish of the Ritchey parts this looks awesome!
